UGEFA is committed to advancing equality and non-discrimination to enable inclusive, sustainable enterprise growth in Uganda.

UGEFA fully commits to human rights, democracy, equality, and the rule of law, including the rights of minorities. UGEFA upholds the principles of equality and non-discrimination. UGEFA will – under no circumstances – endorse, facilitate or promote individuals, initiatives or activities that discriminate against any group. This applies to all parties involved in the UGEFA programme, including adelphi (implementing organisation), green SMEs (project beneficiaries), Business Advisors and other subcontractors, as well as partner financial institutions and event participants.

For this purpose, UGEFA offers a functioning, accessible, secure and confidential mechanism for any affected individual to report discrimination or other human rights violations linked to UGEFA-funded activities. However, please do so if you would like to hear from us on the measures we take for your complaint.
