In line with the Africa-Europe Alliance for Sustainable Investment and Jobs, the European Union in partnership with the Private Sector Foundation Uganda and the Government of Uganda are organizing the first ever Uganda-Europe Business Forum. The event will be graced by H.E Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, the President of the Republic of Uganda and Ms Jutta Urpilainen, the European Commissioner for international Partnerships as well as prominent European and Ugandan public and private sector players.

This highly interactive event will provide information and working sessions on Uganda’s business enabling environment, trade and investment opportunities and funding instruments that can be used to support domestic and EU businesses.

The two-day high-level networking event will bring together over 500 European and Ugandan investors, policymakers, public sector agencies, private sector trade support institutions, EU and Uganda captains of industry, delegates from EU Member States Institutions development partners and donor agencies. It will be a unique platform to share accumulated experiences as well as explore and build sustainable business relationships to promote investments in Uganda.

Stop by our exhibition booth to meet the team and learn more about the project or attend the panel discussion “Green Finance for SMEs” where Rainer Agster, our Director of Private Sector Operations at adelphi will share insights and thoughts on green SME finance.
